Geeveston Visitor Centre

Previously the Forest and Heritage Centre, originally the Geeveston Town Hall, the Visitor Centre is an information hub for tourists visiting the Huon Valley, and a venue for the Twilight Feast and several local artists.

Statues

Geeveston’s original wooden statues were carved by Bernie Tarr and another artist.  There are seven of Tarr’s pieces in various places around the main part of the town, plus a number of others by unknown artists.

The Aurora Fae Studio Gallery

An artist-run Studio Gallery with guest exhibitions throughout the year. We also carry a range of locally made and designed ceramics, textiles, handspun wool,  jewellery, aromatherapy and a selection of crystals.
