Alison offers yoga and meditation classes, courses and private sessions in the Huon Valley, including a Saturday morning class at the Cabin, as well as teaching online and over Zoom. She is a Senior Registered Teacher and mentor teacher with Yoga Australia, and a Mental Health Aware yoga teacher.

Her yoga and meditation cabin is a warm, peaceful studio overlooking the Kermandie valley.
